About 7 weeks ago, I realized a life-long dream. I bought a 2013 Grand Sport, Cyber Grey, automatic.  It had 19 miles on it when I drove off the lot. I KNOW that the OEM brake pads give off a lot of dust compared to ceramic, but I can drive my car for a week, or more (this is my daily driver) back and forth to work, using my brakes a lot and have minimal brake dust build up.  However, when I polish them (I have not used any sort of brake dust inhibitor yet) and take it out for an hour on the highway, when I stop my front rim are covered in brake dust....I mean REALLY bad!  On the highway, I do not use my brakes much.  I wonder why the dust build up is so much worse on the highway than around town driving.  So, have any of you, with bad brake dust, used either that Armour All product or the Meguiars product for brake dust?  I have read a couple of camparison, but they were not on a Corvette (not sure if that makes any difference)
I love that car, but do NOT like the Eagle F1, from the factory, tires.  Not enough lateral grip.  It feels like the back end wants to slip out from under me on a curvy road when hitting the curves hard. Scared my wife, which is not healthy for me!

Warning: The surgeon general has declared that it is NOT unhealthy to smoke your competition AND I just discovered that my corvette is a hybred.  It burns gas and rubber!

My '09 is Cyber Gray too.  I switched to ceramic pads after about 4,000 miles.   Now the chrome wheels stay nice between car washes.

As for the tires, I dumped the stock ones after about 11K miles.  I went with Nitto Invo's and like the ride much more.  They're a lot quieter, a tad softer, and the feel is much more confident in the corners.

Enjoy the ride,
John
