Vette saughter!  That's really sad for sure!  My son is going to college to become a mechanic and he was telling me about a '90 vette there at the school.  A Dealer donated the car and they are going to tear out the engine and tranny (he's excited about that).  The school has to crush the car when they are through with it.  My son said that this '90 vette had barely been out on the road and underneath was still new looking.  Stickers were still on the car and the only mileage on it was from moving it in and out of a garage.  Now that is vette murder!  I told him that and he started laughing........oh that's bad!

There is no substitute for low end torque!

Hey Steve I was just like you always watch in on TV and always wanted to go. So this year I just made it happen. They are having another one in Orange county in L.A in June and I am going to that one. If you want to go let me know.  I live in Sacramento so we can work something out. The cost to get in is about 35.00 to get on the floor to bid is 500.00. Needles to say we did not bid. We spent about 9 hours there and was not bored once. There are lots of different things to see besides cars. What made the whole day good was the guys I was with. We all like to look and talk about cars and that is what made it a good day.
