Nope.... Adam and the folks at Mid America are working on this information.

I being the old fart that I am volunteered to set up the hotel accomodations.

Details will be provided on Mid Americas site when available. And... I would think that somebody would provide a link to it from the registry too.

Why not? I may drive the '85...Tongue
It gets waaaaaay better fuel mileage than the '74, and has much more room, but......it's not nearly as comfy as the '74.

Are we there yet?Star

And now for a bit of "self editing"....this thread is getting a bit off topic, so, to help poor Tuxmeister out, lets try to keep the posts on topic....Embarrassed

Well, looking at the average temps for that time of year, it's looks like you might want to make sure your heater is functioning properly rather than the A/C (which heat should not be a problem for most of our C-3'sAngry). It show highs around 75 and lows around 50-55....  Heck, if it gets hot enough for A/C, I just take off the T-tops!Thumbs Up I rarely use the a/c anyway. Every time I stop I have to turn it off or the engine would die. I guess there's something to keep the idle up but I don't have it.

I think we all need to put our noggins together and figure out the cheapest way to get Adam to this gathering......If we all work hard at this he could come out with extra cash in his pocket.  I'm thinking of getting William Shatner to do a C3 priceline add or something. a C3VR Gnome, a C3 Bobbel head, C3VR Fin'Ham or Bust bumper stickers.
come on help me out here............Big smile

We should have a great caravan coming from the northeast.
Adam can hitch a ride with someone from the Philly area.
He can share a room with me, if he don't snore.Angry
I think he could be there on Wednesday and home on Sunday at a very low cost.

I'm going to drive out Wednesday and back Sunday. I'm probably going to hookup with Lukesvette on the PA-TP.  I'll probably drive my truck all the way out, since I'll want to have my own vehicle out there so  I don't have to bug anyone for rides.

Guys, I'm not sure what to do.  Margie and I are planning a trip to see our son and grandkids in Sayre, Pa after stopping in Effingham.  That is way too far to drive the Vette, so we will have to take either her Chrysler or her (gasp) 03 Mustang GT.  We would have so much more fun if we were able to take the Vette, but just can't (not enough room for her clothes, etc. for a 3 week trip).  Let me know what you think.

I'm really looking forward to checking your ride out. I want to see the glassed in front and rear bumpers.
How about shipping some clothes out to Pa. ahead of time? I have friends that ship things out instead of paying the airlines.

Larry, I'm with ebo.  You think you're short on luggage space?  Try putting a top down!  When we went to Mystic, we shipped most of our stuff to the hotel there, then shipped it back before we left.

As far as it being too far to drive the Vette, I like ebo's other idea - drive one of each!  I'll bet there are plenty of places you could find to safely park the Vette while you continue on to PA.  Only want to drive one?  Drive the Vette and then rent something to go from Effingham to PA.

Joel you do have a point, I would like to keep the mileage down on the white one as it still is under 18K, but I never plan to sell it. I plan to give it to my daughter. The red one is more the issue of will it be road ready for that long of a journey. I just may drive em bothShocked guess that will be the decision as the clock strikes 12...........
I mean after all they are a woody to driveBig smile and thats why I have em      point taken sir.

Hey Mark,,did that new carb add to the gas mileage or what??? I am lucky to get 10 mpg with mine!  Oh well I just cant be a feather foot!  I burned over a tank of gas going to Chips show this weekend. It might have been 140 miles.  She really likes the cam 2 gas also..smells good too.  I just don't think the piggy bank can do that..still looking into a trailer..maybe I can turn off the secondaries..

Terry you really should do a documentary on the trip. It would be awesum and I bet even marketable on one of the many Auto TV shows, maybe even A&E.
Like the old Corvette Summer..........Think about it, mount a small cam right along the mirror with constant download to a small laptop plugged into cig lighter. another digi cam for moma to use. It would be the walNuts Big smile

You have apparently never seen th' Penguin's packing job on the '76, albo....ain't got much spare room for non-essentials! Taking a 2-3 week trip in a Shark with the better half requires judicious consideration of what you really have to have!
It would be kewl to see some video of the trip, tho, wouldn't it? Starting from the garage, all the way to the parking lot! Shots of the car cruizin across the water on a transport ship....mmmmmmmm.
