LAST CALL...!!!
Today is the last day to signup for the gathering activites that require prepayment. I apologize for the number of signup threads but there are some folks who are unable to attend everything so that has made it necessary to break out the activites individually.
The eateries need head counts to plan the meal choices so we have had to make downpayments to lock in the meals. Also several of the tour places need head counts to plan staffing for our visit. And having a singe payment for the group makes it easier for us and them.
Time is running out before the deadline for signing up and a number of folks who reserved a hotel room have not signed up for any of the activities. Come on Gang, let's get the signups taken care of...!!! Payment for the activities must be post-marked no later than April 14th.
Also as of this posting there are 8 rooms available so if you know of someone who is undecided about making a reservation drop the hint to them that it would really be fun to caravan to "Cheddarland" with them...!!! There have been a few cancellations so the room type you originally wanted may be available now. Check out the host hotel thread if you'd like to grab a different room. Can't guarantee that any rooms will be available after the block is released at midnight on April 13th so book now while we still have them.
And a final note - if you have signed up for the activities please double check your reply for the Thursday and Friday night dinners. There are menu options and we need to know what you want to eat.
