So July 13th is just 3 weeks away and Dave and I are putting the final arrangements together. Below is our preliminary Agenda based on what we have so far.

Lunches seem to be our biggest challenge since we are going to be in route most days. Stella and I have the dinners booked and we are finalizing the menus. We will be looking for a lunch location for Friday and I will update that when we get it. Dave will be adding further detail to Friday and Saturday's travel, I'm sure we'll have a great time.

Let me know if you have any questions, Ill post updates as they occur.

Please review the Boeing Factory Tour post if you are attending and make sure I have a ticket for you. 24 have been purchased and we have one extra ticket based on cancellations. Dave has tentatively spoken for that ticket, I can possibly add more if need be, but I'll need to know ASAP.

A few changes as noted, updates Shown in Red - JLS 7/7/16

How does one pack for two weeks in a Corvette?  We're leaving today for a 10 day trip and the minivan is full?
We did accomplish it last year for the NY Gathering.... but it's tuff!

John, chucks7d8 is in the same boat as you and he is shipping a box of stuff to my house for their use that week. Anyone is more than welcome to do the same. Stella and I did the same when we used to attend motorcycle events (even less luggage space). Just drop me a note if you are shipping something and we'll keep an eye open for it. We can also help return shipment after you leave. Have a safe trip !!

Looks great, John!  Thanks for putting this together.  Exciting how some of the last things are working out such as Griot's and Coachworks!

Attendees: stay tuned for some updates to the Mt. Rainier trip.  I'll post a new map with several different options for our route in the next day or two.  I should be able to get it where you can download it or access it from your personal phones and GPS units.

For sure!  I've been a customer since the catalog was a couple pages thick and Richard was a kid.

You start with a C5. Plenty of room in mine. Two tents, sleeping bag, 3 suitcases, hiking boots, car wash supplies, and even my pillow.

One of the most important things to remember, is to keep the luggage to a minimal so you do not cover up the stereo speakers in the back,
