There are three things I wanted to update you on:

1) Gathering T-Shirts

If you didn't already know, a T-Shirt has been created for this event. We'd love for each of you to purchase one. The cost will be nominal, whatever they cost C3VR is what you'll pay. It should be between $9 and $12 depending on how many we order.

To that end, I need you to pre-order yours. No money needed up front. Just simply fill out the order form to reserve yours and you'll receive them at the Gathering and can pay me then. (Cash or Venmo, will work!)

Here is a link to the T-Shirt info with a picture of the design and a link to the order form.

I need your order by 9/1/2023!

2) Train ride tickets

Also, as part of our agenda, there is one item that will require purchasing ticket(s) in advance. There will be a train ride on Thursday morning. If you want to do that, you'll need to purchase tickets in advance. Here is the link for info on how to purchase your tickets now.

3) Hotel bookings

Most of you have already booked your hotel room at our host hotel. If you have not done so yet, please remember you must do so by August 15th! Here is a link to the the hotel info.

If you can no longer make the gathering, please let me know ASAP. Also, if you already booked your room make sure you cancel it by 48 hours before check in so you are not charged anything!

Hopefully you can still make it and I'll see you there!

Too many miles in "Da Barge" this year and some other unexpected expenses wiped out the "fun budget" for the year so will have to try for next year.
