Back before the 2008 Gathering in Hot Springs, Mr. Dave Wright pulled together pictures of the folks that were going to attend and he made up posters for everyone.  They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, so Dave should feel flattered by this.

I really liked his idea so I stole imitated it.  However, I wasn't confident that I could get pictures of everyone before the gathering, so I took pictures of (almost) everyone at the gathering.  A few people weren’t members (at least at the time), at least one couple got away without me getting a name, and one or two had to send me pictures taken somewhere other than the gathering.

It's taken me a while to put all of them together and tag them all, but that task is now done.  I created the poster at a size of 16x20" in Microsoft Publisher.  That file is over 250 meg (that’s pretty big for a file).  I had that file compressed in a pdf (this is a format almost anyone should be able to open) at only 1.2 meg that retains the original resolution (if you're interested in the Publisher format file, send me a PM and I’m sure we can work something out).

I had a few copies printed up (I used Fed Ex Office/Kinko’s) and I framed one for myself with a $15 frame from Target) and it looks really nice.

C3VR’s file share only allows pictures, so I’ve had to save the pdf file on my Google site I created for the car.  Please excuse the site as I haven’t maintained it much after setting it up last winter.

Follow this link.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the section marked “Attachments.”  The second attachment there is the poster file.

I hope everyone is able to access this and enjoy it.  If you have any problems with the file, please let me know.

I still have the 2008 gathering poster framed in my garage and now I have the 2011 one as well.  They’re great to remember good times and friends new and old

Just to clarify, if you'd like one of these prints, follow the link above to my site.  Scroll to the bottom of the page and you'll find a list of links.  Download the file called "2011 Gathering Poster" and save it to a flash drive or some sort of portable media.

Take that to a print place (like FedEx Office/Kinko's or Ofice Depot, etc) and have them print it out on nice stock.  Mine ran a bit over $10 each.
