Clap Save us a room and spots in the parking lot! We are itching to get back in the mix of the plastic cars and the super solid friendships made when we gather. LOTS going on in and around our home and family. Not much time to do leisure things.  M-n-S   MAM will be a highlight for us.

Why would MAM limit the number of registrants to 150 folks? Just wondering.... The Midwest Group was planning on doing something in conjunction with this event and had thought we might open this up to all C3's as well.

We were wondering about how the numbers of the event might effect this so we were curious.....

Tux,
This is open to the public not just C3VR members.
I'm not sure if there is still a limit on it or not.  Basically, if they actually get 150 people to register for this thing, it will be a good problem to have!

Am I to understand that "Registration" for this event is going to be handled by Mid-Am?
Will we get a notice of when the "registration" is open before anyone else?
When will the hotel rooms be available for reservations?
Are we there yet?

Several folks (myself included) have already made reservations and are all set and good to go.

Just to give you guys an update.... a little bad news....
Seems there was just a "disturbance in the force" and Lori Worman (events planner for MAM) is no longer with MAM.  She was doing all the work for C3 Fest.  I got an email from Henk van Dongen, their COO, who said he'd call me Monday.
Stay tuned.....

And that's one of the things that has to be fixed. This is supposed to be "C3 Fest" not "C3 Vette Registry's 9th annual gathering".

Latest update.....
I was told registration should be online sometime next week.
I am scheduled to speak with their COO on Thursday to nail down last details.
I have expressed my concerns with him about making sure this is billed as a "ALL C3" event and not a "C3VR" event. He understands and agrees that helps both of us.  So they will be correcting marketing going forward.

I really can't wait for you guys to see the agenda!

This is gonna be SWEET!

Smile  Adam, Does the "SWEET" mean we should leave some of the small "need to do" things for the gathering?  Maybe installation for free with purchase, large discounts for all C3VR people, OR the use of a 70's LT1 for the CEO of the C3VR group?   Hey, what are dreams for?   CAN'T  WAIT!

We got plenty of time Barry, relax and enjoy the holidays. These things always work themselves out just fine. Good old Tux will take care of us if no one else does.

Ps - Barry, being that the car is getting painted in the Winter, I'd keep her parked indoors to cure, no car cover for the first month.
