We made the tough call to fly rather than take the car, too many other commitments in June that will not allow the extra time for driving. We will be renting a metal car for the week. We will arrive Wednesday morning and depart early Sunday. Still looking forward to a great time!!

My son and I will be in a metal rental too. You won't be alone! Just glad you can make it! It will be nice to see you again.

Among great amenities like Indoor Heated Pool & Hot Tub, free wifi and free hot breakfast, they will also have two hoses available for us to wash our cars (BYO Towels!) They also have a large meeting room that will be ours to use for free. The hotel is only about 5 years old.

It will be fantastic if we can fill up the entire hotel with just C3VR folk! Make sure to book your room now. It is first-come first-served!

Wally (sundew) reserved the room and I had planned to bunk with him that's why I'm not on the list. There's an outside chance he may not be able to make the trip due to medical reasons. That decision probably will not be made until early next week.
