I purchased a USED TRUE FLEX bumper. It does not fit all that well. I have a few questions. Front of a 75' project car.

          1. Do these fit poorly at the corners?

          2. Do they require some putty to match up to the body?

3.Can you heat them to conform to the mounting holes in the body?

          4. I am working in a unheated building, will the cold affect the

forceing of it into position?  Do they get brittle in the cold?

NONE of the aftermarket covers will fit without some "massaging", either of the cover itself, or the body. You'll prolly need to do some bodywork/filling/grinding to get it good.
Cold stuff don't flex very well, so some heat may help, but it may not help enough. It won't break because it's cold, tho, like the urethane covers can...that's a good thing.
