The hinges are adjustable....and a pain to do, at that. There are adjustments both on the door itself, and where the hinge bolts to the body. You'll have to remove the kick panel, and probably the dash cluster to get to the ones on the body. The adjustments on the door can be accessed by removing both the screwed on cover at the top/front edge of the door, and the door panel.
You'll need a decent floor jack, and a long block of wood under the edge of the door to adjust it....the doors are HEAVY.
Make only minor adjustments...a little
here can add up to a lot
there.
Here's a tip that will keep you from taking a hammer to it, too.
Take the door striker off of the pillar while adjusting the hinges. If you don't and you happen to get the door too high/low, it could(and prolly will) hang up on the striker....and you'll have to have help to get it back open. The help will have to hold the door handle in the open position, while you crawl in the other side, and kick the crap out of the door to get it open....
