how do I fix door sag? do I replace pin or do I get a new hinge.  I can lift the door and ther is much play.

I have not done this, but you can buy new pins and bushings for your hinges. If it's not to much sag this might cure your problem. I think most of the usual suppliers carry a little kit. Looks pretty easy to do.

Door pins and bushing are mostly the same for a lot of cars.   I purchased a set of C3 bushing and then found them at the local car parts joint for a lot less than I paid. 
 
Check the local autoparts first. 
 
You will have some trouble with the clearance on pulling the upper hing pin.  the head is just a little to large to clear the fender.  One of the guys on the registry just filed a little off of the pin head so it would clear.  That sounds like a great idea. 
 
I did not do that and had to unbolt the upper and lower hings to get clearance.  I had no trouble lining the door up but have heard of others that have.  So I would vote for filing the head.   Do both doors if one is worn out the other is not far behind it.
 
Also make sure you have someone to help you.  Put a floor jack under the door.  Put a block of wood between jack and bottom of door.  Us the jack to take the pressure off of the hing. 
 
Again do not do this alone if the door falls while only having one hing hold it I'm thinking that you will be hating life.
 
The project should not take you longer than a couple of hours if you are like me.

ok will do. Im glad I talked to you all. I was just about to file the adjustment so I can lift the door up a little more then they give you. I was going to take out the bolts and file or grind.

Good looking Vette.  It is a simple job really.  You just need help to make sure the door does not fall over.  Every thing else is simple. 
 
A teenage would be old enough to help you.  Of course you would have to find one that would help????

You donot have to pull the hinges - use a floor jack to support the door - assistance is always a plus - then pull one pin at a time - place the bushing and install a new pin - the do the other

Saves re-allinging the door - hinges  to the frame and blue language

there  are also some previous posts on this subject

Napa, Kragen, or AutoZone should all have the parts you need.  I agree with the link Suncountry provided.  I undid the hing because I never thought of filing the head but what the heck.  Also I really do recommend a second set of hands and something to set the door on. A floor jack works great.

The generic bushings are exactly like the original GM ones, which is a good thing since GM has discontinued them.  I don't have any experience with the pins.  We get $18.75 for a kit for one door (less you forum 10% discount).

I use a cherry picker or rope from the ceiling to support the door, so you don't have to worry about it slipping off the jack or tipping over.

The replacement pins are longer.  So, put the top pin in from the bottom.  Also, the door springs have opened as many times as the doors and are most likely worn out.  They are much easier to replace with the pins out.  You will have to slide the doors back an inch or so to put in the new brass bushings so this is a great time to replace the springs.  Spring replacement is not fun and even less without the extra room created as you slide the door to the rear.  You will need the spring replacement tool.  RIK's has the springs and the tools.  Spring replacement can be accomplished with the door in place but very close to impossible and very difficult withour chipping paint so mask off the edges first.  Ask me how I know!

They will not slide out; They should have little spring clips/stops which prevent them from coming out.  Don't worry.  The other solution is to take the hinge loose from under the dash and put the pin from the top.  Trust me, that is to hard.
