Had  a glass man install new windshield last night. I couldn't believe what a simple thing like a pc. of glass did to this old car.Looks like it just rolled off showroom floor.FWIW...$200.00 installed.Took the guy 20 minutes.

You're right, I had mine done 2 years ago, what a difference! Now just stay away from those big dump trucks full of gravel Angry.

Your right. I had the windshield replaced when we did the body work. The frame was a mess, so it cost a whole lot more than $200. On my way home the very first night I took a stone that put a small chip in the new glass.Censored

Within the first week of a new windshield..........a chip just seems to happenCensored

A new windshield is on my To-Do list as well!  I was wondering about how much it would cost to have one installed, thanks!

I got three quotes over the phone,because non of my gearhead freinds new a glass guy. I paid $200.00 for glass(PPG brand) and the install. BTW, glass man said his buisness like most others has really fallen off because of the economy.
