 Hi guys     I have been HAMING IT UP on the radioClap I need help Theres metal channel just in front of hood It is falling down and the headlight  door jams. What do I need to do? Glue maybe.

Hi Dan.   Open your hood  on the front side of the hood. Put your hand under the body panel. Its a metal channel  How is that held together the body is higher than the hood with the hood down. Also one headlight door is hangin low. It is bolted to this channel too.Confused

In early years, it was riveted.  Now they are all bonded.  You need to get it REAL clean, then squirt a bunch of bonding adhesive in between and clamp it for a day.  The only problem is tight working quarters.  You might find it a lot easier if you remove the hood first.  If you do, mark the hinges so you get the right adjustment when you put it back on.
