I just moved to Upstate New York and found you can't drive a mile without hitting bugs in all colors, shapes and sizes. Tends to be worse at dusk.

What is the best way to get them off the front end and without having to re-wax every time. I refuse to cover the front end with a bra. Any suggestions would be great.

thanks!

I would use this on a test spot depending on how good your paint is, but here is what we used to do on power tour and it was quick, didn't affect the wax or the paint on later model cars.

Fist off you need to have a good wax applied. That will help them from sticking.

Next we used Meguairs quick detailer and a (don't remember the exact product name), but its a sponge with a soft braided plastic cover. It would remove the bugs easily was soft on the paint then we would use baby diapers and a little more quick detailer to clean it all back up.

we used the same process on the windshield but with turtle wax window cleaner, the clear kind. Its been a year since I have seen any of it, but I've been told the eagle one window cleaner is now the best.
