I must say that this stuff does work. I got some of it to try and its much easier then using a blast cabinet.

One of the great things about this is that will not effect rubber parts. I took one of the vacuum modules off that had surface rust on it and just dropped it into the bucket and the next moring took it out and rust was gone. I used it on screws and fastners and the only down side was it turns anything with a lot of iron content black. When I took the screws out they look like black oxide coating.

Another down side is it won't penitrate grease or paint. I used my parts washer to remove the grease and any little paint I just sand blasted it to remove it. Then I just tossed it in to soak. Its also 100% eviromentally safe.

Overall I would give it my |thumb|.

Interesting! Not sure I've ever heard of that. Where is it available?

http://www.orisonmarketing.com/

It was originally used by the military. I have seen several new product releases in the magazines and decided to give it a try.

Thanks for the tip. I have used Extend on other cars, and POR-15 by Eastwood. I will try this stuff. I have been taking all nuts and bolts that are salvageable, and using a wire rotary wheel to bring back to original.

This the first time I have heard of this. I have seen other thing but they were not bio-degradeable. They did work. Let us know how it works.

So far it works great. Keeping the Evap-o-rust temp above 70 degrees seems to work best. I just set it out in the sun to keep it warm.

Another key factor is to make sure all the grease, grime and any paint is not on the metal, because it has a hard time pentraiting through those items.
