I am still having problems removing the heater core. I was able to find the nut under the hood. I was able to pull the heater box off the firewall about 3 " from the left side facing the heater box. However the right side will not budge. It seems there is something holding it. I have removed all the screws, but something still needs to be removed.I still would like to hear from someone with more advise.  Bill

I know when I had 2 remove my A/C evaporator & split the A/C box under the hood I could see the heater core through the open mixing door. And there was no way it was coming out the firewall side. I believe U are going to have to take the right side dash & glove box off to expose the heat & air ducting. It was not a big job to remove the kick panel, dash, & ducting when I gutted mine a couple months ago to fix other issues. Hope this is of some help 2 U.

Brian,

Thanks for the pic, they helped alot. I finally got it back togrther, without any spare parts left. Although I due have a minor problem with the glove box door. I think I have to reposition one of the ducts. Thanks again.
