Iirc, Eaton was the original supplier for the rear springs from '63-'82. Some of the aftermarket suppliers sell Eaton springs, but they may re-label them as something else, OR they have Eaton make springs to the supplier's specs. This is why some cars sit higher/lower than they should with the aftermarket rear springs. If you can get the spring assy from Eaton, you'll get exactly what it is supposed to have, spec-wise. You can paint the spring yourself. They were originally painted with a medium blue/grey primer...looked more blue than grey, but it was just a primer, not a color coat.
