Here is what my manual says about the subject.
WIPER-WASHER SWITCH
Replacement
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove left AIC air distribution duct.
3. Remove I.P. to instrument cluster attaching screws and
pull cluster rearward for access.
4. Disconnect speedometer cable and electrical connector
from cluster and remove cluster.
5. Remove two (2) I.P. to left door pillar attaching screws
and pull left side of I.P. slightly rearward for access.
6. Remove wiper switch to mounting plate screws.
7. Remove switch from panel.
8. Disconnect electrical connector.
9. To install new switch, reverse procedure.
10. Connect battery and check operation wiper-washer
control.
I have also emailed you the diagram that shows the angle of the mounting machine screw.
