Still using side post - in fact, just bought a new one from Costco. What are the advantages of going with top post? Is it just easier to access or is there something else? Seems like I get less corrosion on the side post than my other cars with top posts.
Thanks for the tip on the corroded clip bolts - I'll be careful! I was looking at the routing of that cable yesterday - looks fun to get it out and the new one in.
