OK so now I'm back on the road I do have a few bugs to work out. One of those is the turn signal switch: the "OFF" part of the switch throw is very small and hard to find! Turning the left off (either via canceler or manually) often times will actually turn the right on. I have to carefully adjust to make sure neither is on and that is made more difficult by the fact that the dash indicator will stop blinking, but the turn signal is still on - I have to listen for the relay clicking. I have enough things to worry about when I'm driving this car! Is there any adjustment possible, or am I looking at a new switch? Everything is working other than the "OFF" thing, including automatic canceling for both sides. Do have to admit: I did have things apart in there at the start of this project 1.5 years ago to replace the ignition switch. Don't remember having this problem before that. Hmmm....
