When I turn the wiper  switch the wiper door opens but wipers do not work. I have good grounding at the bezel, the thing I noticed was when I turn the switch on for the wipers you can hear the clicking sound coming from the wiper motor. Could it be grounding at the wiper motor or do I need to replace the motor.

Mine did that and the motor and relay were taken out and cleaned.  Then they were put back in and now everything works fine.  You might try that first.

You need to remove the grille in front of the wiper door.  There is a nut holding the transmission (wiper arm assembly) to the motor.  Then there are three studs sticking forward from the firewall through the motor.  Remove the nuts, unplug the wires and washer hoses, and slide the motor off the studs.  When you reassemble it, make sure you get the transmission on correctly.  It can be 180 degrees off.  Just run the motor and turn it off so it is parked properly, then make sure the wiper blades are also parked and put it together.
