I know if things are working (forgetaboutit) but these are bothering me. Still checking the coonnections to the water fluid bottle motor but wile under the fuse area I keep seeing these two wires not attached to anything.  I know they have nothing to do with the washer motor but still whle the seats out and I'm cleaning up all the dangling wires I might as well try to identify these two wires.  The one appears to come from behind the steering column still can't see the source and the other is right around where there are multiple wires and connectors attached to the steering column  itself. The smaller one I m wondering if it has anything to do with the cruise control that is wired to the cruise control switch/handle on the steering wheel. Could this wire/clip need attached to the area of several other wires attached to the steering column?  ANy suggestions welcomed. Cannot find them on the wiring diagram and checking the assembly manual.  Again they have never been connected since I have had the car, but never had the cruise control working. Have the 2 cable going to the odometer from the transducer and the garage had said the transducer was good, last year.  The water washer bottle pump was working prior to instalation so I don't think these have anything to do with it.  The only other thing that is not woking is the left turn signal indication.  The lights outside work fine, you hear the clicking inside, the right one works, and the bulb is good , so thought maybe I knocked it loose when I had the dash open?  I know too long sorry, again any suggestions.

Sorry, but even with my old fart tri-focalsGeek , I can't see the pics well enough to determine what ya  have there!
The pic on the left appears to be a Cruiz control connector, but I can't be sure. Can ya post a little larger pic, or a link to larger pics?Embarrassed

Yes sorry about the size did not have a lot of time and saw the info about size of photos. I looked at the forums for pictures with a link for the larger picture but could not figure it out. So will review the link again and try to post a larger pic link. will get back to it soon. Thanks for the response. BB78Shocked

Checked the wiring diagram and seem to be the cruise control colors but connected them and still no cruise control. Checking if getting any current at the engage wire at the transducer and will post better pictures.BB78

good contact at the transducer  engage and hold so electric is working fine. Now onto the vacuum checks or the transducer itself.Shocked

The wire on the left is definitely the cruise connector. It is the end of the harness from the switch that plugs into the harness that goes to the transducer. the other I have no clue.
If you right click on the photo, copy the link and paste into a new browser window the photos are much larger.

Well believe it or not the both go together. Looking at both ends it was decided they fit and this was part of the cruise control problem.  So I got power to the transducer and now vacuum but I think too much vacuum???The cruise will engage but the throttle wants to fo to full position...it really takes off so need to find how to adjust the linkage/vacuum to just maintain the speed when engaging instead of accelerating.  Thanks for the info..BB78
