Hi Guys, continuing to put this beast back together I found that the previous owner had left all kinds of mounting brackets off of the alternator mount and had jury rigged the fan belts too.  Trying to put it back to original but I can't decipher the diagram in my AIM for a '72 454 without A.I.R. and witout AC.  I think one belt goes from the alternator to the power sterring, another rides the H2O pump - power steering - crank pulleys and I think the third (this is where I need help) just goes from the crank to the H2O pump (although I dont know how you would adjust the tension on this belt.)  I saw pics of a 72 that has an "idler pully" betweeen the water pump and power steering pump but I don't see that called out in the '72 AIM.  Any one got any pics of the belts on a 72 454?  None of the usual suppliers show any detail on which belts go where.  Thanks.
