First of all this is on an 81 with air, now removed.  Headers are on the car and there sure seems to be very little room between the header and the heater core housing.  I'm a little concerned about the housing melting/burning up.  I didn't measure the distance while i was at the shop I think it's about 1"...what do you think?  Thanks, Dave
