Well, That's how I came up with the idea of using the Alarm key cylinder. I was looking around the outside of the car, but I didn't want to locate a toggle switch outside the car as it would likely corrode. Inside under the dash is the obvious place, but it would be the first place I would look if I were a thief. Thought about behind the pass seat in the luggage compartment up around the rear molding around the rear glass, hidden of course, Then you just blindly reach back and flip the toggle switch.
With an old school ignition switch and a manual transmission an Ignition lockout would be ideal especially since it is already there and only needs a simple wiring job to get it working. Just got to figure out where to put it.
