Narrowed down a vibration and noise to be broken passenger side motor mount, after also replacing driveshaft and half shafts which were also needed, upon removing I see it has the V shaped shim between the mount and the block, I read that this is for AC cars as mine is not is that needed not sure if original owner installed but they look to be the first time being removed as they have the factory number 3886466 on the rubber only 1 was broken but replacing both ordered original style rubber mounts today along with transmission mount. Do I put the shim with the new mounts?

Yes...it's there for a reason. Not only for clearance on A/C cars, but they also help with the driveline alignment, to help combat vibrations.
