I want to finish my 70, and I just dont have the time, space or cash for the 2 of them. I love this 81, its the longest I ever owned any vehicle, 6 years. I have way over 30k invested and I will accept a fair market offer. I know Im losing my shirt on this one..
* Street driven show - GORGEOUS condition, she looks like a 2-3 year old car. Craig over at Investment Motor Cars said this is the nicest late C3 he's seen. Jim Allen of Allens Performance Center said this is the best vintage Vette his shop works on. The paint has a 4 foot deep shine, the interior shows patina rather than wear.
* Suspension, front end, steering, cooling, brakes, rear end now 3:55s - all rebuilt
* Tranny has a BM mild shift kit and a Oregon Performance "Purple" torque converter 2200 rpm
* Motor has an Edlebrock carb and mani and is dress in expensive chrome - shes desmogged but has a cat. The car is easily registerable with vintage plates.
* Interior has a high end stereo - Eclipse head unit AM FM CD I think has sat capability w/Focal speakers. This is hi end audio file stuff. Wood grain dress kit that looks factory - again expensive. All lenses, the arm rests and lock bezels were replaced with GM NOS is orig colors. New mats
* American TT2's w/BFGs AND orig wheels w/Cooper Cobras - BFGs are new, Cobras have about 5k miles
* ALL the removed stuff comes with the car incl a fresh rebuild Qjet and the smog E-brock mani (orig mani warped), all the smogstuff, bits and pices AND a Wolf Cover AND REAL DEAL custom sheep skin 1in pile seat covers that were 750.00. Ton of stuff
The car is 31 years old and is a 31 year old mechanical appliance - stuff happens but I have extreme confidenceinthis ride. EVERYTHING was rebuilt by Allens Performance - ASE master techs and Corvette specialists. THERE ARE NO CHINESE or CRAP PARTS ON THIS CAR only GM or Better!
