Ok all, as you see in the pic, I have side pipes. The last big trip we made (Eureka Springs, last fall) Jennifer couldn't stay awake and I had a really bad headache. Figured out it was exhaust gasses.
I bear bonded the bird cage rear holes in the rear fender arches and that helped.
71Shark and I glassed in the access flaps for the rear bolts and looked for other areas but couldn't find any.
I am still getting exhaust fumes in the cockpit whether the windows are up, down and/or T-Tops are on or off.
The only other place I can think of is that it is coming in thru the door latches as I can feel airflow through that area year round. I am at the point of removing the side pipes for safety's sake.
I really like the look of them but don't want to take a chance on getting gassed again. Anyone have any suggestions before I go with 2 1/2" straight pipes off the rams horns and out thru flowmasters?
