Well looks like I finally did it, I sold the Pace Car this evening. I've not been driving it enough and the AC quit working on me. Not driving a black vette in Arizona without AC. I'll always be a lifetime member and be around now and then. And, I'll ALWAYS be your Pace Car guy for info on the original Pacers.

So sorry Mark.  Believe me, I know the pain of parting with a treasure.

Thanks Jim and Joel don't worry, it's gonna be a Texas Vette now. It's going to San Antonio :-) Funny, I logged back on and its in the banner up top, I'll always be able to see it there.

It must have been a difficult decision that took considerable time to make.  I'm sure you made sure it's going to a good home.

I'm actually unsure because the gentleman buying it is going to drop a 427 in it. The pacer isn't a special number (4851) so I guess it doesn't matter so much.

Thanks Steve, there would be no other generation vette in my future. I'll get another someday, probably a 68 or 69. Really want a 68.
