Does anyone know how wide the red stripe is on the 78 Pace car rim?

Also, any idea the correct shade of red?

It's brite red, and it's about that wide....

Sorry....I don't know...just had to do that...

Bob, My car is not back at the house yet but I think I have a close up picture of a wheel. I'll dig it up. Also, I think the strip is about a 1/4" - 5/16". Probably color match the stripe on the car. bright red.

Jeff, thanks for your help. My stripes are just about gone and I’m thinking about purchasing a Beugler pin striper but don’t know what size wheel to purchase. Bob

Bob - it ay be easier and a lot cheaper to go to a good pinstriping guy. Do you remember Big Daddy George from S.I. - he's on Forest Ave by the old Pathmark. That guy can paint straight lines with his eyes closed!!

Bob, I measured the pin stripe on the wheel today. It is just a touch under 1/4" Measures 7/32".
I agree with Paul. a good pin stripper would be better than trying to do it your self.
