I'm about to do a complete rebuild of my calipers and master cylinder.(1971 Corvette coupe) I want to send my calipers and master cylinder to a quality refurber and maintain my particular castings (that are original to this car) through the rebuilt and SS sleeve process. Anyone have recomendations for a quality refurb supplier. I have a lead on a supplier in WA. who can do it but they ship to a third party for the actual rebuild so they are kinda middlemen in the process.

I know of one in Hershey Pa..don't remember the name of the place..but it was in a town called one post if I remember right..they do all work in house..one thing..if you don't need the sleeves a basic hone and rebuild kit will work fine..but you would have to take them apart to know if that's an option..if they are pitted then sleeves would be the option..these things are not hard to rebuild and if cleaning them and getting the proper finish or look then paragon sells kits for that..a basic machine shop can cook them clean and then apply the finish..

Contact Bair's Corvettes, one of C3VR's Supporting Vendors. They're great folks and if they do not rebuild calipers they should know of a quality outfit to do the job.

Thanks Rich, I'm gonna pull the calipers this week I think. I'll take a look at the bores and see what I have. I kinda assumed  the sleeves would be the way to go, I'm sure I have some pitting since it sat for so long! I'll check Paragon out as well.
