 Has anyone used the corvette america strut rods. both have an R AND L on them part #x2465 what do the R#L mean its not left and right.Confused

Well..yeah, it kinda is...
They're left and right handed threads on the rods....which means they're designed to be used on left or right sides of the vehicle.

The "R" points to the right(pass) side of the car, and the "L" points to the left(driver) side....best I can tell. Assuming the rods have the R and the L on opposite ends, the rod on the driver side would have the "L" at the wheel end, and the rod on the pass side would have the "R" on the wheel end...hope that makes sense.

I assume they are adjustable rods.  The left and right refer to the threads on that end of  the rod.  Each unit has both threads, like a turnbuckle or tie rod end.  Remember if you use them you must replace the factory adjusting parts with fixed parts.  I don't feel there is any advantage to converting.
