Yes the driver and passenger seats are the same..other than wear & tear..:)Funny that the Corvettes really only have ONE proper way to get into and out of..:)
First, one sits on the seat with feet out on the ground.
Then he or she brings one leg at a time into the car as one swivels on the seat BOTTOM..If necessary, the steering wheel is tilted upward to allow more access..
One sees a lot of driver's seats that the back is worn badly from the butt sliding down when the driver entered wrong..:(
Getting out is the reverse..ALSO, on the older vettes, REMEMBER to make certain the seat belt is retracted into the car well so one DOESN'T slam the belt/buckle in the door jamb..:(...:(
Seats can be restored by a good upholsterer..Including springs, foam as well as correct color seat upholstery-style..Jim
