UPDATE: THESE WHEELS HAVE BEEN SOLD!

Hey guys,

Due to the request for my Torq Thrust II wheels I am selling them. I found the wheels I really want.. and when the time comes you will all be happy.

I bought these brand new from Tire Rack. They are 16" x 8" wheels that fit on my 77' perfectly mounted to them is a set of wide ovals I believe super nice tire, they have good grip and cool tread pattern. I found my actual receipt, I paid $2,000 plus like $180 for shipping. These wheels and tires ARE BRAND NEW! I'VE NEVER USED THEM! THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN RAN! THEY ARE STILL IN THE CARDBOARD SLEEVE COVERS! The Tires are 245/55/16.. nice on my vette the price tag through tire rack is $2,172.00 for wheels and tires. plus shipping! I would like to sell my wheel and tire package (mounted and balanced) for $1,850 + Ship! Anyone interested?

They are polished finish

Just for the record........are they chromed or polished.....what is the backspacing? Tire brand and model is?

Louis, I already have these same wheels for my front and 18" by 10" for the rear.....great wheels. Now that you detailed more info....you'll have a better chance to sell them. Good luck and make sure to keep us posted on your project!

The wheels I bought from Summit (part #ARE-405816160). The cost $371.69. Backspacing 6.000, offset +12.00mm. I just checked and it appears that American Racing doesn't even list a 18" TT II wheel. I have one question, do they or would they fit on a 78 stock. I was thinkin bout gettin some sooner or later. Do you also have lug nuts with them and do you want to shoot me a PM with contact info.
