My congratulations to C3VR member Iron 82.

Mike's car is used as the feature car in the newest edition (September 2006) of Corvette Enthusiast.  The article is about the 1982 Collectors Edition Vettes, of which Mike's car is a fine example.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mike @ the NJ BBQ last month where we shared some good food & good times.  He also doubled as our unofficial photographer that day.

Congrats again Mike...........Way to go!

I think Mike's on his way West on the East meets West caravan. I hope he brought enough copies of the magazine for all of us...

 Hey, isn't there a rule that if your car gets published in a magazine you have to buy all the rest of C3VR beer....?

Thanks everyone.

I did now about getting on but didn't know when.  That is why I didn't say anything here.

Sorry I don't subscribe to any of the vette magazines.   If I need any advise, I come here instead of collecting magazines at the house.

So when is the BBQ again.   I'm hungry!!

Mike, congrats!  I've always loved the CE cars.  I might have to run out and buy that edition with your car in it.

If you hear of any magazines looking for an '82 CE with less than 500 miles, send them my way.  I'll let them snap a few pictures

I think all my hours reading these magazines when I was much younger just makes it seem like a really big deal to be in one ... And I'm darn near 40 now!

Hey Mike;

Got the mag last nite in the mail and just finished the article this morning.  What a great car and a great spread!!!  The C3VR sticker even shows in the left side rear window!!  Good job getting us some publicity

Definitely have it framed.  My wife is in the art and framing business and she gets to frame lots of Vette stuff.  You'll definitely enjoy it for a long time to come!

Again, Congrats

Very nice coverage of your car, Mike. You've certainly got the right to be
proud of this CE--and I think we'd all agree with what you said in the
