You ain't  justa foolin!
Here's one reason it's just soooo stoopid....
In most Judging situations, the hub caps are installed...you cain't see the dang nutz anyway, so why bother with something that may or may not actually be "correct" anyway? GM sourced lug nutz from several places, so one particular style isn't the absolute perfect, "correct" style....
Yeeeeesh....I'm in the rong dang business....

In cases like this, I gotta wonder if there were some fake bids here to drive up the overall price of the item in general.  I can't imagine anyone paying that much for real
