I've seen those things before(in pics & video)....
Yeah......ummmm....don't think it would be wise around D/FW traffic, even in town. Just imagine someone car-jacks ya in one of those!!! I can see the news video now!! "Police chase bumper car thru 3 cities. Chase ends when suspect crashes into police car" Rolling On The Floor Laughing Rolling On The Floor Laughing

It would be kewl in a small town, tho.
