If you haven't had a chance to visit since October 2013, make plans this spring to see the newly remodeled GM Corvette Assembly Plant!

Our V.I.P. tours pair you with a knowledgeable guide who is happy to spend time explaining the build process and marveling at the engineering wonders of the Plant with you.

V.I.P. tours are $200 for up to four people. Additional persons are $50 each and your group is limited to seven. Your tour includes not only the Plant, but also a "behind the scenes" guided tour of the Museum.

We would like to wish NCM Staff Member Roc Linkov a happy retirement! Roc served as the Museum's Events Department Manager for 10 years, transitioning over to serve as the Motorsports Park Project Manager in 2013. Prior to joining the Museum team "officially" Roc served as Caravan chair for the 2003 event.

During his tenure at the Museum, Roc was instrumental in developing our High Performance Drivers' Education Program, and many of the teen driving programs we have offered over the years. He worked with the Kentucky State Police to develop the annual "1-Lap" event benefitting both the Museum and the nonprofit "Trooper Island" camp for underprivileged kids. Roc recognized that our friends can't always come to Bowling Green for a visit, so he launched the "Museum in Motion" program taking groups on the road to Canada, California, France, the Northeast and more... always going where the public can't go!

Roc had planned on retiring later in 2014, but after purchasing a home in Florida and selling his Kentucky home much sooner than anticipated, he decided to move forward with his retirement. Roc will still be involved with the Museum, volunteering his time as an instructor at HPDEs. Best Wishes to Roc!

Each year the Museum partners with Cruise Holidays to offer a special journey for Corvette enthusiasts - and 2014 will offer a fun cruise aboard the Celebrity ship to Alaska. The 7-night, 8-day trip kicks off June 20th and takes participants to Vancouver, Ketchikan, Icy Strait Point, Juneau, Skagway, Seward and past Hubbard Glacier.

A favorite High Performance Driving Event, NCM will take over the track at Virginia International Raceway June 30-July 1.

The event offers a combination of substantial track time, direct access to GM Corvette Designers and Engineers as well as celebrity instructors including Corvette Hall of Fame inductees Andy Pilgrim and John Heinricy. Parade laps, ride-alongs with instructors and a banquet are also offered. This event also offers a 1-day "PrimeDrive" for those wanting to give HPDE's a test drive.

Registration is $485 for NCM Members, $525 for non-members (includes a discounted 1-year membership) and PrimeDrive is $120.
