 Autumn in the Smokies, Tail of the Dragon and Biltmore all combined into one great MiM tour September 26-29! Once again we hit the road, leaving Bowling Green and heading east to run the famous TN-129, aka Tail of the Dragon. The group will visit Hendersonville, Lake Lure, a private car collection and spend a day at the Biltmore Estate.
Registration is $899 for members for the primary registrant and only $299 for the passenger. Non-members are $939 for the driver, $339 for the passenger and includes a discounted 1-year Museum membership. Learn more online here. |
Flint Brick Sale Ends Sunday!
 Own a piece of Corvette history! The GM Assembly Plant where the 300 1953 Corvettes were made in Flint, MI was razed in 2003. Thanks to General Motors, we have the bricks from the building.
The bricks are cleaned and offered with an engraved sequence numbered plate and certificate of authenticity signed by Museum Executive Director Wendell Strode and Chairman of the Board Jack Matukas.

Caravan Captain Announced
 Les Tapp has been named as the new TN/E.KY Caravan captain. Les and his wife, Edwina, have been in the Corvette community since 1980 when they saved a 1958 Corvette from a slow death in a field. Although they didn't restore it, it did eventually get resurrected and won a Bloomington Gold. They reside in Gallatin, TN and are members of the Nashville Corvette Club. Living that close to Bowling Green they have been able to take part in many of the NCM activities in their 2005 Victory Red convertible, including two Museum In Motion Tours. Since the trip to BG doesn't entail a complex caravan in 2014, they are available to help all other caravans coming through the Nashville area with logistics, planning and coordinating merging caravans in that locale in addition to providing a gathering point for Tennessee Caravan participants. We are glad to have the Tapps aboard!
