Monday, November 24 is the last day to reserve your spot in our new Corvette Café with a table top display. This is your chance to have your car on “display” at the museum for visitors at the café to enjoy! Imagine how many people will get to admire the picture of your Corvette on the table throughout the year! Each year, we will replace the table tops and make this space available for new photos. Those who get in on the “first run” of manufactured table tops will have their space displayed through February 2011!

Reserve your spot with a 4 inch x 2.54 inch table display space to feature your Corvette photo, year, make and color, along with your name and city/state. Simply go online and provide a quality digital image in jpg or tiff format (300 dpi recommended) along with the required information listed above and and a small $50 fee. Please send one image of your Corvette only – one per ad. No images with people included please. Table positions will be assigned as received. We will be unable to except any orders after Monday, November 24 at 5:00 p.m. CT.

We are excited to report that our Museum expansion is progressing very nicely. Painting over head on Corvette Boulevard started this week, and the finishing touches are going up on the metal siding on the exterior. Drywall finishes and electrical details continue in several areas, while some areas are just waiting for carpet.   

“Everyone is getting really excited the closer we get to completion,” Facilities/Display Manager, Bob Hellmann shares.  “There is still a lot of work to be done, and we are working hard to stay on schedule." Event participants who make it to this year’s Bash event April 23-25 can catch a sneak preview of many of the new addition areas that will be complete prior to the final project completion scheduled for the 15th Anniversary/4th National Corvette Caravan - Labor Day weekend 2009.
