Where's The Gang?
Those of you out and about over the next week can catch a few of our NCM gang across the country. This weekend, if you are in the Arkansas area, be sure to swing by Eureka Springs where Stephanie, Sophia and Adam are manning NCM booths with Corvette merchandise, insurance, membership and brick information, raffle tickets and more!
Next week you can catch Gary at Barrett Jackson in Las Vegas. Wendell will also be swinging by Vegas on his way to Monterey, California for the Corvette Racing Banquet October 9 at Wild Things Vision Quest Ranch. If you have not signed up for the Corvette Racing Banquet there are still a couple of seats left. You won?t want to miss this fun "safari" with special guests Ron Fellows of Corvette Racing and Tadge Juechter, Corvette Chief Engineer. Log on to www.corvettemuseum.org to register. |

Vets 'n Vettes One Month Away
November 5-7 marks our 2nd Annual Vets ?n Vettes event at the National Corvette Museum. The three-day event honors the many men and women who gave so much to protect our freedoms and begins Thursday with a scenic drive to Bourbon country for a tour of Maker?s Mark.
Other activities include Corvette golf cart autocross, excursions to Fort Knox, the Patton Museum, Barren River Lake and Chaney?s Dairy Barn, a poker run, digital scavenger hunt and more. Of course, the event would not be complete without participating in the Bowling Green Veteran?s Day Parade.
Registration is only $10 for the event, and you can sign up online or call 800-538-3883 if you need further assistance. |

Visitors to the Museum will see a variety of models, including a: 1960 Sedan; 1964 Spyder Convertible; 1961 Lakewood; 1969 Monza Convertible; 1966 Corsa Coupe; 1966 Yenko Singer; 1965 Fitch Sprint; 1963 Rampside; 1964 Coupe; 1966 Sedan; 1965 Greenbrier and 1964 4-Door Sedan.
"In our minds, Corvette is the God and we've been allowed to participate in their heaven," said Corvair Exhibit Chairperson Greg Scarboro. "We?ve been looked upon as the poor man's sports car enthusiast, so to us it is very much an honor to be allowed in the Corvette Museum." |
