i like the old Cragar or Tork Thrust look but couldn't get Cragars in the size I wanted. I saw these and they looked just like the TT but had a better price tag on them.

Nice look! what size are they? If those are original wheels, I'd get a good coat of polish on them and store them away. You may want them back some day........ ebo

I like the looks of your wheels. I put TT on mine last year and think it makes the car look more modern with those super C3 body lines! What size tires did you go with?
Oh, one last thing, I hate agreeing with Ebo (sorry Ebo), but he's probably right about holding on to your old rally wheels and trims if possible. I packed mine up in the mag boxes and stored them away. Its something that once in a while you may want to throw back on Depending on which car shows you decide to spend time at.

Best of Luck,
Rodney

Tires are 265/50/15  that is what was on it when I got the car.

The old wheels look to be the original rally wheels. the trim rings are the stainless ones 3 of 4 are nearly perfect, one has a couple of dings in it.  the center caps are all good ;chrome but the black paint needs to be redone, and the wheels well they badly need repaint, I was going to have them powder coated. but liked this option better.

I havent decided what to do with them yet,  It seems Im collecting parts, I had a 77 that I sold when I got the 72 now i have left over parts that fit the 77.  I should make a list of the stuff off the 77 and get rid of it all.  a friend on mine has a big shop and open land he has about 7 corvettes all in parts.  hoods front and rear clips cages, I keep telling him to sell it but it seems when we get this stuff we just hang on to it all. Wacko

my wife wanted to name our son Luke but since we have two daughters that would not have worked to well.

I have about about one year to go and ill have 30 years as a volunteer firefighter.

Sorry to be critical, but why did you go with 15 inch rims?  Should have done 17 with a lot more of a tire selection.
