If all goes well I'm considering a pool party at my house sometime on a Saturday in July.

I plan to have BB chicken, hot dogs, burgers, (sorry, I'm not blessed like Paul who's father-in-Law is a butcher) melon, beer, wine and a pool full of water.

We can also do a cruise to Whiskey Caf� which is by the Meadow Lands and about 20 min from my house. It's really a pretty big gathering of about 300 to 500 cars ! There's music, food and trophies.

Anyone interested ?

I definitely plan on a Saturday after the 4Th. I'm leaning on the 28th, but it depends on when my wife plans to do my Granddaughter's birthday.

It would be nice. The thing is I'll be in N.Y. for a show on the weekend of the 28th (Vettes At The Beach). Any other weekend in July is good.

OK lets try this again. The date for the pool party is July 7th. Hopefully it shouldn't conflict with any other Corvette events.

Bring your suntan lotion, bathing suits and towels, we is goin swimin. Afterwards we cruise to Whiskey Cafe.

I live in Roseland.

Anthony's has a 68, he's done a lot of detailed and year correct repairs. The only thing he'll need is a paint job, once he gets that done he'll have one really nice classic.

Start around 1:00 PM, hopefully the weather will let us enjoy the pool, and each others company. Then around 5:30 we can caravan to Whiskey Caf� which is next to the Meadow lands.

Roseland is close to I-80 & I-287, Rt 46 etc

The easiest is exit 5B off of I-280 to 2nd light (Eagle Rock Ave) make left, 2nd block on right is Lincoln st, make right, last house on that block on the left.

I am sorry but i dont think i am going to make it. The Mrs. cant handle driving around in my vette. recently she hurt her back so she is limited to where she can sit. the bucket seats arent good for her. So i am doing the caravan while she stays home but after that i am with her all day. Sorry, i have learned to never argue with her since i never win. So.....maybe next time.

He was in Nevada on 7/4/07.

And he doesn't like to drive too many miles per day.

And he was having problems with his Vette.

I had a near crazy experience with the GMC Jimmy and an exploding front hub/bearing assembly doh

. The only injury is the truck and the dealer agreed to take it in on Saturday. (still under wty)

We were looking forward to the event even though the 2 seater is still engineless. Thanks for understanding - we'll see you soon.

I'd like to thank cookie for a great day, my wife and i had a great time, the

company was great and the food was delicious, especially those ribs. I

wish more c3vr members could of made it. Hope to see you at the next

corvette show at Garden sate plaza
