Once or twice a year we go through our list of current Moderating staff and ask those that are currently signed up if they would like to continue as a moderator or pass the torch to someone else. We do this because we know that since this is a volunteer position, along with a passion for C3VR, you have to really have the free time to do it. People's lives change, and just because you may have the free time when you sign up, doesn't mean you will have the free time 6 months from now. So it only makes sense to give up your forum and let someone else in.

After going through the list this time around, we now have the following forums in need of moderators:

All the forums are covered for now.  Thanks to all of you who replied/responded.  We'll open this thread up again when more coverage is needed.

Here is what is expected of C3VR moderators:
1) Make sure posts do not have offensive content.
2) Make sure posts are in the right place.
3) Be active.
4) Be helpful.
5) Promote us.
6) Check in often.

It is NOT important that you have a major knowledge of Vettes. It is mostly about making sure your assigned forum is running smoothly and staying on topic.

If you already find yourself on here once per day... you qualify! If you find yourself on here a few times a week, you qualify for one of the less busy forums.

If you are insterested in being a C3VR moderator, please send an email to: AdamW@c3vr.com 

Let me know one or two forums (from the list above) that you'd be interested in moderating.

Many thanks to current and outgoing moderators for all their help!! I really apprecaite and value your assistance as I can not possibly do this all myself!

I would be willing to help out with the pacific northwest region, there are just a couple of things that make me stall and they are, I don't really know vettes or puters that well, other than that what the hell!!!! go for it if you want me to then I 'll do it. try it what ever....

No C3 technical knowledge needed in regards to that forum, or any of the Regional Events forums for that matter. It is more being a point person for posting events/gatherings/happenings information in the region. Still interested?
