The board looks great.  I just have one suggestion, kind of a pet peeve of mine... how about moving the "drop down" menu (The blue bar with links for "home", "forums", etc.) to the center or right of the page?  Everytime I want to "favorite" something or hit the back button on IE I end up accessing the drop down menu instead.

I'll see about moving it to the center... it may look strange though.

Changes seem subtle enough that getting reaqainted with them should just be a matter of time. Nice job Adam...

How do I find what area's the moderators are responsible for? I can review the list but don't have a clue who is supposed to be watching what. It would be helpful to know which one to contact when a specific need arises. I would have to believe it would be better for the moderator as well knowing what area they serve.

Actually, when we switched to the current forum software, I found it easier to allow moderator access to all forums to all moderators. That way, they can each cover each other if they are out of touch for any reason.

We did discuss this, and it was agreed that mods would be "roamers"(for lack of a better term), and cover all forums. Sometimes before, it was hard to get in touch with specific mods for help, or to quash an out of order thread, so the end result was to make it so all mods were free-floaters.
Look for the "All forum moderation?" topic in the Mod Discussion forum(Mods only).

I wouldn't know Bro..... I am not one of the elite.... nor do I have access to your refence. That's okay though I see the big picture and it works for me.Adam explained it well and I see the point.

There was something that came up recently and I was asked about it. In thinking about it I thought that if the Mods had areas to cover maybe there should be an easy access reference location. My thinking was that if so it fit into this topic discussion so rather than PM Adam I posted it.

At one time (100 years ago) I thought the Mods had specific areas. I thought I remembered when Flemgunner (Glen) left Adam posting up a an open Mod area. I did not realize that a change had been made after that time.

At any point, now the registry is aware and can react appropriately if necessary. Thanks for the update....
