No. But there can be issues if somethings link to www.C3VR.com when you are logged in under just C3VR.com

I may be able to fix that, though.

Would it by chance affect trying to reply to a post... sometimes I can't reply because the edit box is not there... it may just be my computer tho as it doesn't always happen...

I can be the problem.  If you logged into www.C3VetteRegistry.com, then click on a link that takes you to a forum message on www.C3VR.com, you may not be logged in on that URL so you won't see the reply box.

Yes. Just look in the address box in your browser and look what it says at the beginning, up to and including ".com"
