Exactly right...!!!  Members need to submit their rides - they're not randomly selected. 

All that is required to have your ride featured as the C3OTW is to register it in the C3 Registry by filling out the My C3 Vette Registration form and then send an e-mail to the C3 Of The Week (C3OTW) address found on the Contact Us page.  That mailbox is checked at least once a week and entries are processed (and featured) in the order they are recieved.  Be sure to send a little background on your car (and/or you) and up to three images of your ride (please limit the size of the images to 640X480 pixels - THANKS!).

ENTRIES ARE NEEDED...!!!  Why not share your 'pride-n-joy' with all of the C3VR members?
