I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but at times I select a post that the text is wider than my monitor. Then it's necessary to scroll back and forth across the post to read it. Is this just my computer or settings? It causes a small problem when I try to print a topic that I want to put in the tech file, and cuts off the right side of the script. Any ideas?

Dave,

Usually that happens when someone inserts an image into their post that is really big.  This will cause the formatting for the rest of the page to be too big.

If you ever find one of these posts, if it is in your moderated forum, you can edit the post and change the image to a link.  If it is in a forum that you do not moderate, (or for those of you that are not moderators) click the "!Report" button at the top right of the offending post and let us know the image needs to be removed and someone will take care of it.

Thanks!

An extra long URL or a long contiguous string of characters will also cause the screen to 'go wide' on you.  There is a little HTML trick that will solve the extra long URL issue but I don't think there is anything that can be done with a long contiguous string of characters.
