The answer you seek Grasshopper is at the bottom of the Member Vanity Plates page or on the Contact Us at C3VR page.  Another email address to use would be vplates@c3vr.com (that's a brand new mailbox - thanks Adam!)

A straight on shot so the plate looks more like a rectangle than angled is the best.  Try to use enough indirect lighting so the camera can be used without a flash.

Come one, come all...!!!  They'll get loaded up as quickly as possible for all to see and enjoy!
